Anhui Tiankang Group’s scientific and technological achievements won the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Instrument and Control Society

On October 23, 2023, the China Instrument and Control Society Science and Technology Award Ceremony was held grandly at the National Convention Center in Beijing. The award ceremony attracted more than 500 scientific and technological workers from enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes to participate, and jointly witnessed the outstanding achievements of scientific and technological innovation in the field of instrumentation. Anhui Tiankang Group's scientific and technological achievement "Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for High-Performance Temperature Sensors" project won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the China Instrument and Control Society.

The "Development and Industrialization of Key Technologies for High-Performance Temperature Sensors" project targets special fields such as petrochemical cracking and nuclear power bearings. It breaks through the core technology bottlenecks faced by the industrialization of high-performance temperature measurement instruments and solves the key technologies for high-performance temperature sensor measurement; at the same time Optimized the lightweight design of temperature sensors in complex environments, developed high-consistency laser cladding, CNC linkage and other processes for large-scale production of temperature sensors, formed product quality specifications; and proposed a multi-variety, large-scale complex production The system collaborative management model has innovated the large-scale measurement calibration of temperature measuring instruments and batch reliability aging test methods, and independently developed corresponding inspection devices and systems.

The China Instrument and Control Society is a first-level society approved by the China Association for Science and Technology and has the qualification to directly recommend the National Science and Technology Award. The China Instrument and Control Society Science and Technology Award is a science and technology award approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China and is selected annually. This award is open to the national instrumentation field and is an authoritative award recognized in the domestic instrumentation discipline and industry.
