Introduction to Anhui Tiankang Instrument Workshop

The first floor of Anhui Tiankang Instrument Manufacturing Department is mainly an instrument machining workshop and a liquid (material) level instrument production line.
The machining production line has more than 140 sets of various machining equipment, and annually produces 1.7 million pieces of instrument and meter flanges, casings and other parts. The main equipment includes laser cladding machines, CNC deep hole drills, CNC machining centers, welding robots, and CNC Drilling machine, CNC milling machine, etc.
The liquid (object) level instrument production line produces liquid (object) level instrument products. The main products include magnetic flap level gauges, float level gauges, radar level gauges, and ultrasonic level gauges, with an annual output of 20,000 units.

The annual output of temperature instruments is about 1.1 million pieces/set, accounting for about 75% of the total output of instrument products.
The second floor of the Instrument Manufacturing Department is mainly the production line of thermocouples and thermal resistance temperature meters.

Blowing thermocouple, multi-point flexible thermocouple, cracking furnace tube edge thermocouple, coal water slurry gasifier thermocouple, hot blast stove thermocouple, special thermocouple for loading furnace, high temperature and high pressure thermocouple, wear-resistant thermocouple, Armoured thermocouple, integrated temperature transmitter, etc.

In order to meet the needs of users for the specialization, intelligence and refinement of temperature instrument products, the instrument manufacturing department has set up a fine armor production line, intelligent module production line, and platinum resistance production line on the fourth floor. Products include flexible composite thermocouples, fine armored thermocouples φ0.5mm-φ1.5mm and so on.
In order to improve the testing level of instruments and meters, and to serve the instrumentation industry in the surrounding areas, there is also an instrumentation testing center on the fourth floor, which has successfully passed the on-site review by the CNAS review team of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment. The test results are many countries in the world. It is recognized by the region and is also the only institution in Chuzhou that specializes in instrument testing.
