The diameter of the s-type thermocouple wire is set as 0.5mm, the allowable deviation is -0.015mm, the nominal chemical composition of the positive electrode (SP) is platinum rhodium alloy, which contains 10% rhodium, 90% platinum, the negative electrode (SN) is pure platinum, the dividing number is S dividing number, mainly measuring the temperature of 0~1600℃ medium. The measurement accuracy of S Type Pt-Rh Platinum Rhodium Thermocouple with Ceramic Probe is the highest when the normal long-term use temperature is about 800~1300℃, while the temperature measurement accuracy is not high within 800℃, and the long-term use temperature is more than 1300℃, it is easy to damage the thermocouple, so the choice of the correct rating thermocouple is an important factor to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement.
