Boiler furnace wall thermocouple and RTD is a surface thermocouple suitable for measuring the temperature of boiler wall, tube wall and other cylindrical surface of power plant boiler. The boiler wall thermocouple uses Φ4, Φ5 diameter armored components as temperature measuring probes, and the lead-out wire is made into a cable shape. The measuring end is fastened to the heat conduction plate with screws or welding (when using thermal resistance, it is not allowed to use Gas welding method), and one side of the heat conduction plate has a curved surface that matches the furnace wall or pipe. The heat conduction plate is welded or hooped on the furnace (tube) wall. The furnace wall or other cylindrical surface can be measured by the heat conduction of the heat conduction plate Surface temperature.
