The difference between explosion-proof thermocouple and conventional thermocouple

      Explosion-proof thermocouple is a special kind of thermocouple. The difference between explosion-proof thermocouple and conventional thermocouple? Compared with ordinary thermocouples, explosion-proof thermocouples have the following two characteristics:
1. The compression spring type temperature sensing element of the explosion-proof thermocouple has good anti-vibration performance; large measuring range; high mechanical strength and good pressure resistance. Explosion-proof thermocouples use the principle of gap explosion-proof, design a junction box and other components with sufficient strength, and seal all parts that generate sparks, electric isolation and dangerous temperature in the junction box, when an explosion occurs in the box.
2. Explosion-proof thermocouples are suitable for chemical plants. The production site is often accompanied by various flammable and explosive chemical gases and vapors. It is very unsafe to use ordinary thermocouples and can easily cause environmental gas explosions.
